ADT Industrial operates a 1,250 m² workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, established in 2007, bringing molding, machining, extrusion and roller manufacturing together so most production steps are carried out under one roof. The equipment includes 6 pressing machines above 200 MPa and 14 below 100 MPa, 2 extruders, 4 lathes, 2 CNC milling machines and 3 rolling machines (max Ø500 x 3000 mm), together with cylindrical and surface grinders, laser cutters, internal mixers for PU and industrial drying ovens up to 250°C. The team of 20 employees includes 4 senior experts in mechanical engineering and polymer / chemical materials. Every order follows the same process: customer requirement, technical review, material selection, tooling / mold development, prototype / trial production, inspection, production, and final inspection and delivery.
